Overview:
About the Role:
This position is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of large enterprise programs, ensuring alignment across architecture, engineering, service delivery, and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale transformation programs with multiple workstreams and PM teams
  • Manage end-to-end service delivery, including planning, execution, and operational acceptance
  • Drive governance, change control, and risk management across global projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Engineering, Operations)
  • Present executive dashboards, status reports, and program updates to senior leadership
  • Facilitate complex technical discussions and ensure alignment across stakeholders

Key Requirements:
  • 20+ years in IT with strong experience in Program / Project / Service Management
  • Proven delivery of global security and/or network deployment programs
  • Experience working with enterprise clients (Banking / Telecom / Technology preferred - e.g., Bank of America, Cisco)
  • Strong knowledge of PM frameworks (PRINCE2 or equivalent); ITIL Foundation preferred
  • Expertise in managing distributed, multi-timezone teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure and manage critical incidents effectively

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in unified communications, managed services, and mobility solutions
  • Exposure to security frameworks and global security deployments
