What drives us forward is the culture of creativity combined with a disciplined approach, passion for learning & innovating, and a 'can-do' attitude!

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Senior Manager / Director of Revenue Marketing & Growth who can transform marketing into a measurable pipeline engine. This leader will own revenue marketing strategy, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), Microsoft ecosystem go-to-market initiatives, executive thought leadership, campaign analytics, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate has experience within a Microsoft Partner, Cloud, Data & AI consulting firm, SaaS organization, or professional services environment and understands how to convert technical capabilities into qualified business opportunities.

Position Overview

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, CEO, Practice Leaders, Microsoft alliance stakeholders, Sales, and the global marketing team, this role will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, strengthen strategic partnerships, elevate OZ's market presence, and position the company as a trusted AI-first Microsoft consulting partner. Success will be measured by business outcomes including marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced revenue, ABM performance, executive engagement, and Microsoft-aligned growth rather than traditional marketing activity metrics.

Role Responsibilities

Revenue Marketing & Demand Generation:

  • Develop integrated campaigns supporting Data & AI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Integration, and Application Innovation services.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle from ICP definition and messaging through execution, optimization, attribution, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales and Practice Leaders to create campaigns that generate qualified meetings, SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline.

Account-Based Marketing:

  • Design scalable ABM programs for strategic enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Develop executive-level messaging and buying committee engagement plans.
  • Measure success through account penetration and pipeline.

Microsoft Ecosystem:

  • Lead Microsoft-aligned workshops, webinars, co-marketing initiatives, executive roundtables, and partner campaigns.
  • Support Microsoft co-sell motions and strengthen partner relationships.

Thought Leadership:

  • Transform client success stories and technical expertise into case studies, blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, and executive LinkedIn content.
  • Partner with executives to build OZ's industry presence.

Marketing Operations:

  • Leverage Copilot, AI, CRM automation, HubSpot/Dynamics workflows, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Improve CRM hygiene, attribution, funnel reporting, and marketing efficiency.

Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the global marketing team while fostering innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You're Looking For

If you're looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-growing market, surrounded by talented, motivated, and global colleagues who thrive on helping clients meet their most pressing business goals, we are the company for you. If you're driven, passionate, and want to be a 'key player' in a company's growth, we invite you to make a difference with a company that's defined by its employees. We want you to be bold, take risks, and imagine a better way to work. We should talk if we just described you!

About Us

With more than 25 years of experience, OZ's trusted, deep expertise in Azure Cloud Solutions, Power Apps Application Development, Intelligent Automation, Enterprise Application Integration, Azure Data Strategy, and Artificial Intelligence ensures clients get rapid, effective results.

OZ is dedicated to creating a seamless blend between work and life, offering our team the flexibility to work hybrid and/or remotely. We provide competitive pay and a well-rounded benefits package, including full health coverage, a 401K, and unlimited PTO. Our culture is built on collaboration, growth, and balance - you'll have the tools and support you need to thrive. Join a team that truly lives its values and invests in your success.
