What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage large government programs ($60M+), with a strong focus on Naval programs.
  • Serve as the forward-facing program lead, building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders.
  • Apply expertise in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) to mitigate risks across hardware, materials, and software.
  • Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues.
  • Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader.
  • Develop issue resolution plans, cost estimates, and mitigation strategies that ensure mission success.
  • Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline (Master's preferred).
  • 16+ years of progressive program management experience, overseeing complex government programs ($60M+).
  • 5+ years of logistics experience with a focus on DMSMS.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred.
  • Interim or Active Secret clearance required; Top Secreta plus.
