Job description

Are you looking for an exciting, innovative company with over 100 years of excellence and commitment to ethical business? Amentum is a trusted partner to United States government agencies, allied governments, and corporations worldwide supporting critical programs across a broad range of domains. We are currently looking for a Program Analyst & Data Analytics Coordinator. This role will help keep multiple workforce development projects run smoothly and will combine meeting coordination, project tracking, and data analysis. The incumbent in this job will make sure teams stay organized, turn meeting notes into trackable action items, and use data to help leaders understand how their programs are performing.
This position will coordinate work for several groups and programs, to include:
  • SCALE- Comprehensive meeting coordination, action tracking, and analytics for the core program
  • MEST- Operational support and performance data visualization for program objectives
  • SRHEC Workforce Development Working Group- Facilitation of working group sessions, minute capture, and stakeholder alignment
  • ICAM/IBAS Rural IN Microelectronics- Project tracking, data ingestion, and metric reporting for the workforce development project
  • NSWC Crane WFD WG- Facilitation of working group sessions, minute capture, and stakeholder alignment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Organize and run meetings across several programs, ensuring agendas and follow-ups are clear.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and turn important action items into tasks using tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, or Jira.
  • Use AI tools to help with tasks like summarizing meetings and speeding up data analysis
  • Collect and clean data from different programs so it can be analyzed
  • Analyze data to find trends, identify workforce needs, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Create clear, high-level briefs and presentations for senior leaders

Minimum Requirements:
  • BS in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or supporting complex technical programs
  • Experience presenting insights to senior leaders and simplifying complex data
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-task
  • Flexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as needed.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a US security clearance)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS in relevant technical or analytical field
  • Experience working with government workforce programs or technology development initiatives.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or high-level leadership teams
  • Active Secret Clearance

Compensation Details:
$93,000-$99,500 annually
