Job description

Responsibilities
  • Own the measurement layer
  • Define and operate the core MI metrics with rigorous, transparent, in-house methodology that leadership can trust and query any time
  • Build cross-pod performance reporting (PR, social, influencer, podcast, customer excellence) and connect it to campaigns and market themes
  • Stand up per-asset attribution so the function can show what converted
  • Administer the measurement stack, including onboarding, dashboards, and live MCP access
  • Build and maintain the MI Databricks data warehouse
  • Collaborate with the web team on AEO/GEO optimization
  • Distribute the data
  • Pipe MI intelligence back out through TrendIQ so other teams get relevant, timely context
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on data-ownership boundaries
Requirements
  • 6+ years in marketing analytics, marketing/revenue operations, or data analytics
  • Hands‑on with marketing‑measurement platforms (media monitoring / SOV / social analytics)
  • Working fluency with a modern data stack (e.g. Databricks or equivalent)
  • Strong communicator who turns data into a clear story for senior leaders
  • High AI fluency; comfortable with MCP/agentic tooling
  • Familiarity with AEO/GEO measurement and SEO/SEM fundamentals
  • SQL / analytics‑engineering fluency; dashboarding
