Job description
Join a world-class marketing team as Program Manager, Web Operations in the Consumer Group business unit.
The ideal candidate has experience managing front end developers and content management web authors who build web pages using a CMS and strives in a high-pace environment with established quality governance. This role sits in the Consumer Group's marketing operations team and requires a strong working partnership with Marketing Strategy, Product Managers, Analytics, Design and Development teams to bring these web experiences to life.
Responsibilities
• Manage team that publishes, experiments and personalizes web experiences working across various system platforms.
• Responsible for executing go-to-market web experiences using content management (such as WordPress, Adobe, Stackbit), personalization and experimentation platforms (such as Optimizely).
• Responsible for tracks of the content lifecycle in-product, including upsells, customer notifications, etc. from management to retirement, scoping requirements to new product experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, support web operations peers in problem solving, validation of authoring and experimentation execution with quality.
• Collaborate with XD resources to improve design and production lifecycle process.
• Develop and execute processes to improve content quality, maintainability, and usability making sure both template driven pages and associated test experiences are compliant and accessible.
• Identify and problem-solve roadblocks and functional requirements to successful task completion, including liaising with the technical product development team and quality assurance completion.
• Vet requirements from marketing strategy, product managers, and other key stakeholders to accurately size project requests.
• Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment to ensure that all work is completed according to department standards.
Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Content Management, Web Marketing and/or Marketing Operations with browser-based application testing and debugging.
• Skilled in CSS, HTML and JavaScript and creating UI experiences from Figma.
• Expert in JIRA as an administrator and familiar with Smartsheets.
• Deep expertise and knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
• Excellent communication skills, confident with management and able to clearly articulate thoughts and recommendations with attention to detail.
• Experienced with multiple channels including Paid Search, SEO, and Mobile platforms including web properties and other factors that impact web conversions.
