The Senior Manager, Technical Program Management leads complex, large-scale technology programs by defining clear goals, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving end-to-end delivery. This role requires expertise in program planning, technical solution design, and risk mitigation to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes. The position involves managing a team of TPMs, optimizing processes, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders to align priorities and resolve challenges. The successful candidate will leverage systems thinking and leadership skills to advance initiatives that enhance operational excellence and innovation within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

What you'll do:
  • Be a leader in AI transformation to shape TPM best practices.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale technical programs, managing cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Define program goals, stage gates, and critical paths while driving clarity and alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure sound technical practices are implemented across engineering solutions.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to maintain program momentum and quality outcomes.
  • Mentor team members on best practices, promote continuous improvement, and implement automation to enhance program efficiency.
  • Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders and executives.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for large-scale, complex technical initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.
