Overview
BlueWater Federal is looking for a Program Management Analyst to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.
The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Provide program management support to the JS CIAV Chief, assisting with effective planning, executing, monitoring, and control of tasks and projects.
  • Ensure contractors follow all government guidance, direction, requirements, and JS CIAV specific Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), product templates, functional checklists, analytical questionnaires, and methodologies to deliver consistent, efficient, and effective support to the government.
  • Ensure all Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are appropriately conducting Task Management of government assigned tasks to ensure successful planning, organization, and management of resources to achieve specific tasks within defined goals and constraints.
  • Oversee sustainment support to ensure organizational investments and changes are maintained, momentum and value are sustained, regression is prevented, and government return on investment is maximized.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of management experience supporting military operational activities
  • Must have an active TS with SCI eligibility
