Compensation: $325,000–$450,000

Lead the Next Generation of PM&R Physicians

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for a newly established PM&R Residency Program in Jacksonville, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

QualificationsRequired
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Minimum of three years of Graduate Medical Education leadership experience
  • Active clinical practice experience
  • Demonstrated scholarly activity within the past five years
  • Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure
  • Current unrestricted DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Preferred
  • Previous experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or Core Faculty member
  • Strong interest in curriculum development and resident education
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
