Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field, or equivalent technical/engineering background.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Plant Manager-level role.
  • Tier One automotive manufacturing experience.


Preferred Requirements:

  • MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience with injection molding and paint processes strongly preferred.

This role reports to a senior operations executive and is responsible for performance, culture, and customer satisfaction. The position requires a proven operations leader with strong business acumen and the ability to align people, processes, and strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall plant performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery, training, compliance, staffing, communication, and program launch readiness
  • Manage full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Build and execute both near-term and long-range business plans that support revenue, margin, and cash flow targets
  • Provide clear leadership on operational priorities while working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
