Pay Rate: $65-67/hr on W2 basis

JOB SUMMARY:
This role is critical for integrating various teams to ensure a smooth launch and widespread adoption of a new moderation platform. You will orchestrate a comprehensive readiness strategy, coordinating efforts across product, policy, operations, and other departments. The primary goal is to prepare the organization to effectively utilize and support the new system from day one.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Readiness Strategy and program integration
  • Develop and manage the integrated launch and readiness strategy that aligns all readiness workstreams toward successful Moderation hub rollout.
  • Develop and maintain the integrated Launch & Readiness Strategy and plan
  • Define the overall readiness approach, sequencing, milestones, and governance model
  • Translate launch objectives into coordinated work across Training, Communications, Business Readiness, and Technical Readiness.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning to define launch activities and resolve gaps
  • Establish readiness criteria and facilitate launch checkpoints.
  • Proactively identify risks to launch and readiness and work with functional owners to develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate readiness activities across Product, Ad Policy, PMM, RevOps, TED, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholder groups
Business Readiness
  • Ensure the business is prepared to operate successfully in the new model on day 1.
  • Develop and maintain the stakeholder inventory and stakeholder impact assessment.
  • Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify organizational impacts, readiness needs, and adoption risks.
  • Develop the stakeholder engagement approach and coordinate engagement activities across business teams.
  • Partner with functional owners to define business process updates, SOPs, operational support models, reporting needs, and escalation paths.
  • Develop and maintain business readiness criteria and track completion across impacted organizations.
  • Coordinate business readiness reviews and facilitate cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Develop and coordinate the hypercare approach, including office hours, support processes, issue tracking, and transition planning.
  • Monitor adoption following launch and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Training & Enablement
  • Ensure impacted users are prepared to successfully adopt Moderation Hub.
  • Conduct training needs assessments across impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with business groups to develop the overall training strategy, curriculum framework, and rollout approach in partnership with TED and business SMEs.
  • Partner with business groups to role-based learning paths and recommend appropriate enablement methods for different user populations.
