Job description

Remote (US-based) exempt role, reporting to Vice-President, Integrations, and requiring travel (up to 25 - 50%) during active integrations.

Compensation Range: $110,000-$160,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Manager / Senior Manager, M&A Integrations & Transformation plays a central role in the smooth and successful integration of newly acquired practices across PRISM Vision Group. We are hiring at either the Manager or Senior Manager level and will calibrate the title, scope, and compensation to the successful candidate’s experience. During active deals, this individual helps drive the day-to-day integration—coordinating workstreams, tracking progress toward key milestones, and keeping internal teams and acquired practices aligned.

When integration activity is lighter, the role turns to transformation and special projects that advance PRISM’s strategic and operational priorities—digital modernization, operational excellence, change management, and growth initiatives at a regional or program level. The degree of ownership scales with level, from supporting analysis and execution to independently leading initiatives.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, collaborative work, thrives on variety, and wants to build or deepen a strong foundation in operations, M&A integrations, and healthcare strategy.

Integration Execution & Coordination

• Support day-to-day project management for active integration efforts.

• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and workstreams across functional teams (e.g., HR, IT, Finance, Ops).

• Track and escalate risks, dependencies, and delays to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor task completion and follow up with responsible parties to ensure accountability.

• Build the integration plan for each deal—workstream structure, timeline, milestones, and success criteria—and adapt the playbook when a practice does not fit the standard approach.

• At the Senior Manager level, scope expands to include setting strategic and operational direction on how each practice should be integrated, with recommendations to executive leadership, and potentially oversee multiple concurrent integrations.

Stakeholder Support & Communication

• Liaise with internal departments and newly acquired practices to facilitate onboarding and integration.

• Draft agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items for integration workstreams and project teams.

• Ensure accurate, timely communication of updates and deliverables.

• Create content for strategic presentations and reports for executive leadership.

• Own the trusted relationship with acquired-practice leadership—including physicians and practice managers—lead sensitive change-management conversations, and hold cross-functional partners accountable to integration outcomes.

Reporting & Documentation

• Assist in preparing status updates, KPI tracking, and integration and project summaries.

• Document lessons learned and support the ongoing evolution of integration playbooks and best practices.

Cultural & Change Support

• Support acquired teams through transition and change management activities.

• Promote PRISM’s culture and values throughout the integration process.

Transformation & Special Projects (during lighter integration periods)

• Digital modernization, operational excellence, and process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient care across a set of clinics or a program.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with partners across Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Credentialing, Revenue Cycle, Growth/Business Development, and Managed Care to keep initiatives resourced and on schedule.

• Execute change management and adoption—develop communication and training materials and coach teams through new workflows and systems with minimal disruption.

• Track KPIs and success metrics (e.g., cost savings, process efficiency, quality), report progress and impact to leadership, and capture lessons learned into standard tools and playbooks.

• Independently lead transformation and strategic special projects end-to-end—scoping, business case, and delivery—often with limited structure or precedent.
