• The resource does not need to be a deep technical SME in these areas but should possess sufficient domain knowledge to effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive execution.
 
Roles & Responsibilities
• The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the  Innovation Portfolio and will work closely with senior  leadership, including the  COO and the  IT CIO, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• The individual will also partner closely with the  IT Project Managers and broader technology teams to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, drive governance, and ensure alignment across the portfolio.
• This is a highly visible and business-critical role. The  Innovation Portfolio represents a key strategic investment area focused on modernizing platforms, accelerating innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling future business growth. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that multiple interdependent initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining alignment with executive priorities and organizational objectives.
• Given the visibility and strategic nature of this role, we are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading large transformation programs, strong executive presence, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.
