Senior Program ManagerPay Range: $55/hour to $67/hour
The Senior Program Manager - Commercial / GTM Integration is responsible for leading customer-facing integration activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transformation initiatives. This role operates within an Integration Management Office (IMO) structure and drives execution across Commercial, Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Communications, and related business functions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience leading complex, cross-functional commercial or GTM integration programs in fast-paced environments, with the ability to drive execution, manage stakeholders, and support customer continuity throughout integration activities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial and GTM integration activities across Day 1 and post-close milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams
  • Manage integration risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation paths
  • Support customer continuity and minimize disruption during integration activities
  • Facilitate integration meetings, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
  • Support IMO governance, reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates
  • Drive alignment to future-state operating models and long-term business objectives
  • Maintain integration dashboards, RAID logs, and status reporting
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, integration management, or strategic initiatives
  • Direct experience supporting M&A integrations, commercial transformation, or GTM initiatives
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience within an IMO structure preferred
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex integrations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Commercial operations, sales operations, customer experience, or GTM transformation experience
  • Experience supporting customer-facing integrations or operating model transitions
  • Telecommunications, infrastructure, or technology industry experience preferred
