  • This role leads cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex IT projects for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and business transformations.The role is accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, and transaction timelines. It oversees scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, risks and resources to ensure project success.M&A Integration Leadership
  • Lead global IT integration programs from due diligence to Day 1 and post-merger optimization
  • Own the overall program structure, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance
  • Act as primary IT program lead for business integrations with strong focus on value realization, data integrity, and process excellenceBusiness Process Integration & Transformation
  • Coordinate business readiness activities including training, communications, and change management
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure project delivery and synergy realizationDue Diligence & Pre-Integration Planning
  • Develop integration roadmaps considering constraints and competing demands
  • Oversee data integration, system migrations, and process cutovers
  • Track and report progress against milestones, risks, dependencies, and targets
