As a Program Instructor, you will have the incredible opportunity to teach your favorite activities-whether it's soccer, basketball, toddler playtime, arts and crafts, or any other skill you love! Classes will cater to a diverse range of ages (from 2yrs through Adult) and will focus on fostering learning and skill building in a fun, supportive environment.

Are you passionate about sharing your skills and knowledge with others? Do you have a love for teaching and connecting with people of all ages? The YMCA is looking for responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic Program Instructors to join our dynamic team!
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to prepare and follow lesson plans that progressively develop skills
- Commit to teaching a class once a week
- Develop positive, encouraging relationships with participants
- Actively recruit new participants and promote your class to ensure continued growth and engagement
- Be an advocate for the YMCA's mission to strengthen our communities and promote our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility
