About The Job

We are seeking a Senior Program and Change Consultant who combines strong leadership presence with handsโ€on execution. This role leads highโ€priority, complex business challenges and enterpriseโ€level transformation initiatives, guiding the conceptualization, delivery, and implementation of multifaceted, multiโ€year programs across both technology and nonโ€technology domains.

The ideal candidate is a decisive operator who quickly creates clarity from ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and moves the organization forward with confidence. This role requires someone who can shape strategy while actively driving the detailed execution needed to deliver results.

You will work closely with executives and crossโ€functional teams to solve complex problems, define clear paths forward, and ensure disciplined, endโ€toโ€end delivery. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, rigorous program management, and practical, onโ€theโ€ground execution, with the ability to influence at all levels and add value immediately. We are looking for someone who is selfโ€driven, solutionsโ€oriented, and capable of leading from the front while accelerating decisionโ€making, adoption, and measurable impact.

Schedule&Location

This role will be located at our headquarters facility located in Johnston, Rhode Island. This is a 5 days office-based position with flexibility to work remotely depending on business needs. Relocation within the US is offered to relocate within 50 miles of Johnston, RI

Responsibilities

Project and Team Leadership:

  • Drive program direction with autonomy, establishing clear structure, ownership, and decisionโ€making to keep teams aligned and moving.
  • Build strong, trustโ€based relationships with leaders and stakeholders, influencing with confidence and resolving issues quickly.
  • Create and manage actionable project plans, timelines, and dependencies with a handsโ€on execution mindset.
  • Navigate ambiguity by synthesizing information into clear, practical steps and driving forward momentum across people, processes, and technology.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to optimize delivery, using good judgment to adapt based on context.
  • Provide concise, transparent updates on progress, risks, and changes; ensure financial visibility and disciplined cost management.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure initiative performance and impact.
  • Set roles and expectations for team members, fostering accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, multiโ€year transformation programs using hybrid delivery approaches.

  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting comprehensive business solutions, integrating people, process, and technology, to drive effective organizational transformation.
  • Strong track record of confidently engaging and influencing executives and senior leaders.

Education

The hiring range for this position is $137,600- $197,800. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM's comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, medical, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work, and time off, including vacation andsick time.
