This role bridges technology, business processes, and customer requirements, ensuring successful implementations and continuous process improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who is a hands-on problem solver and who can quickly understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and use AI tools to rapidly create frontend mockups and prototypes-in hours, not days.

Your Impact:

As an Implementation Engineer, you will:

  • Gather requirements and configure software solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Install, integrate, customize, test, and deploy software platforms.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Develop implementation documentation, configurations, and deployment procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, business analysts, developers, and product teams.
  • Conduct client training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
  • Provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Experience in software implementation, systems integration, technical consulting, or a similar role.
  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or custom software platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, APIs, and scripting such as Python, TypeScript, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of databases, web services, cloud platforms, deployment processes, and environment management.
  • Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent with modern AI tools and capable of rapidly creating frontend mockups/prototypes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in AI-powered Agile environments.
  • Mandarin speaking/writing skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ITSM, and change management.
  • Experience with monitoring/performance tools such as New Relic or Grafana.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development and automation workflows.
