Title: District Manager, Modular Home Retail LocationsReports to: Vice President, Michael Green, Corey's ConstructionCompany: Employed by Ritz-Craft, Managed by Corey's ConstructionWorking Hours & Location: Monday through Friday full-time at Corey's Construction Office in Waynesboro, PA with travel minimum of 2 weeks per monthRole Summary:The District Manager will oversee multiple Ritz-Craft retail locations, ensuring consistent sales, marketing, operations, and training performance. This role provides hands-on leadership by spending at least one week per month on-site at each location, supporting staff, operational processes, and job-site crews to deliver a turnkey product.
