  • Evaluate, approve, and implement specialty paint colors and coating solutions while maintaining enterprise-wide color consistency standards.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance strategies, operating procedures, and best practices for coating equipment and systems.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for coating-related quality issues across manufacturing sites and the supply base.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements related to paint and coating operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product quality, production schedules, or customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing teams and stakeholders on coating processes, equipment, and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and influence decision-making to improve quality, reduce the cost of poor quality, and support business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across global operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with industrial paint and coating systems, including pretreatment, application processes, curing technologies, and coating performance requirements.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supplier initiatives in a matrixed environment.
