Job description

Description:

Position Overview 

The Implementation Associate works on a per diem basis and is responsible for therapy clinical data entry for successful transition of new business. The Implementation Associate reports to the Director of Implementation. 


Key Results Area 

• Responsible for ensuring remote QRM support for new business per the Master Implementation Process Guide (MIPG) 

• Actively participate in necessary calls to prepare for upcoming go-lives per MIPG 

• Perform data entry in an efficient and time sensitive manner 

• Ensure accuracy with data entry for go lives 

• Confirm email receipt within 4 business hours and follow up by established deadline 

• Collaborate with inter departmental QRM teams to ensure resolution of issues on go-live chats 

• Evaluate and assess personal performance on a routine basis and independently determine measurable course of action for under-performing areas 

• Perform other duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Associates Degree 

• 2+ years’ experience in the industry while dealing with large volume of data 

• Independent and self-motivated 

• Detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills 

• Excellent proactive written and verbal communication supporting team development, client satisfaction and retention 

• Strong collaborative skills with team and clients with ability to work remotely and autonomously 

• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships 

• Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines 

• Function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment 

• Demonstrate discretion, sensitivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality 

• Microsoft Office and EMR proficiency, with the aptitude to learn new programs
