Finance Manager Overview:  CMA's Honda of Martinsburg is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers secure financing that fits their needs, present finance and protection products, and ensure a smooth, transparent purchase experience. We're seeking someone with strong automotive finance experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and lending partners.

Finance Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options that best fit their needs while ensuring compliance with all lending and dealership guidelines.

  • Build strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms for customers.

  • Educate and guide customers through the finance process to ensure understanding of all terms, conditions, and obligations. 
  • Monitor deal flow to ensure contracts are completed and funded promptly. 
  • Contribute to the dealership’s overall success by achieving sales and finance targets.

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, dealership operations, and financial regulations.
