Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a hands-on experienced Finance professional for Supply Chain support. This position requires a financial leader, who will partner with Supply chain, local site leadership and commercial partners to provide decision support, drive cost and process improvements, and support our culture: team first, deliver big, think bold, and be fearless & fair.
Key Responsibilities:
Decision Support:
  • Use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies play out in the market to guide actions

  • Articulate actionable data-driven insights by leveraging BI tools and storytelling techniques

  • Use business intelligence tools and data analytics to influence others and drive decision making

  • Formulate innovative ideas and map steps that will clearly accelerate the organization towards its goals

Direct Business Partnering:
  • Develop and leverage relationships with site leadership, corporate, supply chain and commercial functions to achieve Supply Chain finance KPI's and goals

  • Develop and implement business plans aligned with enterprise strategy

  • Provide leadership by driving continuous improvement

  • Be a trusted advisor and expert to the Supply Chain organization and others, providing support to find common ground solutions that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders

Budget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
  • Understand all cost drivers in order to provide accurate and challenging budgets and forecast

  • Prioritize activities and align with stakeholders to deliver results with a high degree of predictability

  • Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to proactively identify improvement opportunities, minimize risk, and protect continuity of supply

  • Coordinate activities with corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial results and other financial closing activities

Administrative Activities/Career Development:
  • Participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to management

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, accounting standards and procedures

  • Participate in function or career development training and develop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain Finance

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $96,800 - $160,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

  • Strong financial acumen, demonstrated experience problem solving with analytical thinking, and history of business partnership

  • 5+ years' experience, preferably experience performing manufacturing analysis and/or prior management experience

  • SAP experience preferred, advanced Excel skills required

  • BI experience a plus (IBM Planning Analytics, TM1, MicroStrategy, etc.)
