Finance Manager
Seeking a Finance Manager to lead monthly close, financial reporting, performance analysis, and executive-level reporting for a large business unit. This role partners closely with business leaders, accounting teams, and finance stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly close coordination, financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, accruals, and internal controls.
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operational leaders on strategic initiatives and reporting needs.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance transformation efforts.
  • Mentor and develop team members while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting monthly close, management reporting, forecasting, and executive-level financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools preferred.
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar credentials are a plus.
