You will play a key role among innovators, entrepreneurs, builders, and dreamers that are transforming bold new ideas into high-impact strategic initiatives, with the goal of creating entirely new products and services.

As Finance Manager, you will operate independently and cross-functionally to drive financial strategy and deliver results in a fast-moving, start-up environment. Assignments will be ambiguous and demand a highly analytical, intellectually curious leader with sharp judgment who can evaluate situations through the lens of the customer, business owner, and financial investor. You must be strategic in vision, rigorous in analysis, and proven in managing competing priorities while influencing decisions through compelling financial narratives, data-driven recommendations, and creative alternatives

This role requires regular engagement with business and finance leaders.
Key job responsibilities
Lead finance support for new business cases including opportunity-sizing, financial modeling, scenario analysis, validating assumptions, etc.
Partner with cross-functional teams across programs to ensure operating plans deliver strong returns on investment and sustainable, long-term growth
Influence strategic decisions by developing analyses, frameworks, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Evaluate and steer business plans encompassing pricing, monetization, roadmap, resourcing, and investment allocation
Define and analyze key metrics to measure business and financial performance; surface insights that accelerate improvement
Own end-to-end P&L planning and analysis as well as financial controllership and launch readiness activities.
