Our Finance team works with teams across the company to ensure Danone continues to grow. By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward. We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Analyst based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with U.S. marketing teams to evaluate spend effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform investment decisions at brand and tactic levels
  • Digital Commerce Partnership: Work closely with the digital commerce team to analyze and articulate performance across channels and business units
  • Enterprise Strategy Partnership: Partner with Enterprise planning team and assist with DBPS planning and other adhoc analytics and projects
  • Serve as a financial partner to business leaders by organizing financial information in a manner that facilitates strategic business planning
  • Assist in preparing materials for senior management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Proactively manage process, meetings and calendars to ensure timeliness and efficiency of budget and month end procedures

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. ย Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. About You

About You:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred
  • You have a minimum of 4+ years of progressive financial analysis and/or accounting experience required
  • You have CPG experience preferred, not required
  • Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement
  • Your MS Excel skill set is advanced - required
  • You have strong financial modeling skills - required
  • You understand GAAP and SAP
  • You understand Manufacturing processes preferred
  • You are a strong problem-solver and excellent communications skills
