What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the action — helping lead promotions, managing social media, coordinating exciting events, as a part of our Players Club operations. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Marketing team in New York while making a direct impact right here in Natchez.


Job Description

· Collaborate with Corporate Office on promotions, events, and marketing initiatives for the property.

· Manage onsite logistics for marketing initiatives, including promotions and events, to ensure accurate execution.

· Coordinates and disseminates communications and correspondence to all departments and necessary team members regarding marketing programs and initiatives.

· Develop social media calendar and schedule content to ensure consistent and timely posting; works with Corporate Marketing to develop social media strategies.

· Manage guest feedback; respond to social media inquiries and facilitates all comments to internal teams

· Responsible for company reputation management. Includes monitoring and updating Google venue pages, responding to reviews as necessary and providing feedback to necessary departments.

· Manages on-property sign needs.

· Interface daily with personnel from various departments.

· Promote outstanding customer relations.

· Act with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

· Other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE: 2–3 years of marketing experience preferred, with a background in social media, event coordination, and content creation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, writing, and computer skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, as is experience in hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or other customer-focused industries. Must be able to work independently, maintain flexibility in scheduling, and obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

· Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. occasionally

· Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours
