What You'll Do

You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their mental health journey while ensuring exceptional care and compliance standards:

  • Provide supervision for assigned residents, including timely documentation as directed by the Program Director Program Manager and/or Case Managers or in absence the LPN Shift Supervisor Nurse Manager.
  • Assist with the formulation and implementation of treatment plans for residents.
  • Assist with living skills, groups, training, and activities as assigned.
  • Assist with the admit process, including following bed bug protocols.
  • Assist housekeeping staff prepare rooms for admit, when requested.
  • Monitor residents' medication compliance in conjunction with Nursing Staff.
  • Complies with all WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures.
  • Inform Program Director Program Manager and/or Case Managers/LPN Shift Supervisor of unusual events or resident behavior in a timely fashion.
  • Perform facility charting requirements as directed and other paperwork in a complete and timely manner.
  • Participate in peer review, supervision, intake and diagnostic staffing, in-house educational and administrative meetings as directed.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and staff and maintains a good working relationship with all staff. Establishes good working relationships with all facility staff.
  • Provide customer service to ensure internal and external customers of the facility have a positive experience.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
