Job description

We are currently seeking Social Services Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in the Hummelstown, PA area.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
  • Oversees all aspects of social services program to ensure the health, safety, welfare and personal development of those we support
  • Supervises the QIDPs and Program Specialists
  • Ensures timely completion of assessments and IPPs/ISPs
  • Working with the Program Directors, oversee the service planning, treatment and the implementation of services provided to the residents on campus and in the community settings
  • Ensures all documentation related to service delivery, including all periodic reports, are compliant to all applicable regulations and requirements
  • Stays knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations pertaining to programs
  • Serves as Certified Investigator

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, or a master's degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with IDD.
  • Familiarity with state regulations pertaining to chapters 2380, 6100, 6400, 6500 as well as federal ICF regulations
  • Familiarity with EHR a plus
  • Supervision Experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
