The Program Director is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the rehabilitation program. In this role, you will plan, direct, and coordinate program activities to ensure organizational and client goals are achieved. You will also play a key role in program development, quality improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and driving productivity while collaborating in a flexible, interdisciplinary team environment.

What we’re looking for

Education: Graduate of a bachelor's degree program in a health related, business, public relations or human services area of concentration. If clinical, must possess a current license to practice as required by the state.

Experience: A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary.
