Coordinator-Robotics Position Summary

The Robotics Coordinator works collaboratively with the Surgical Services Manager/Director, Robotics Steering Committee, hospital departments, and industry representatives in supporting the operations of the robotic surgery program and the training of OR team members, surgical residents, and students. The Robotics Coordinator provides leadership and management in the areas of customer satisfaction, provision of safe and effective care, communication, patient advocacy, performance improvement, education, and leadership/professional development. The Robotic Coordinator will facilitate and support clinical training and education for all platforms of robotic surgery and bronchoscopy for surgical techs, first assists, and students (FA, RN, surgical tech, PA, NP, surgical residents). The Robotic Coordinator will also provide clinical support intraoperatively, as needed.

Coordinator-Robotics Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is required
  • RNFA Certificate, required
  • BLS required
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Operating Room
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting DaVinci robotic surgeries
Coordinator-Robotics Schedule
  • Assigned to day and evening shifts in accordance with the needs of the operating room and robotic surgery program.
  • Expected to work weekends and evenings, if needed for robotic program events.
  • Expected to work overtime on occasion.
  • Will have the option to pick up on-call RNFA needs in the operating room, as needed.
  • Demonstrates personal responsibility for maintaining a satisfactory attendance record.
Coordinator-Robotics Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.

Salary range:$83,428.80 - $133,494.40 Commensurate with experience
