Job Description:
Title: Program Director
Classification: Exempt
Salary: $90,000/year
Scope of Position: The Program Director will support and improve Center operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing and general operating capabilities.
Essential Functions:
• Work with leadership team and contractor's staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery, and data management are efficient and effective
• Implement large-scale technology and process improvements
• Provide ongoing support for operations and technology
• Strategically facilitate business-driven job placements as an active member of the leadership team
• Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance
• Accurately track and report all data associated with contract obligations
• Evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and draft quarterly team goals
• Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff
• Ensure data entered on the required systems is current and accurate
• Manage ISO compliance and audits
• Maintain updated organizational chart and staff directory
• Other opportunities as available
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree is preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience
• Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
