Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity. Assist and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and coordinating financial reporting. Prepare activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives. Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Direct or conduct recruitment, hiring, and training of personnel. Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job. Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization. Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability.
