Job Requirements

The Business Development Manager - Engineered Systems drives new revenue growth by developing and securing business across emerging and adjacent markets for Stark Tech's compression and pump skid solutions. This role expands Stark Tech's presence by creating new opportunities, engaging early in project lifecycles, influencing equipment specifications, and delivering engineered solutions aligned to customer and project requirements. 


Work Experience
  • Five (5) to Eight (8) years of experience in business development, technical sales, or engineered systems sales within industrial, energy, or infrastructure markets, required.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, preferred.  
  • Proven experience developing new business opportunities and managing long-cycle, project-based sales, required.  
  • Experience working with engineering firms, EPC contractors, or industrial end users, preferred.  
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams, required.
