Job description

You will be the Principal Business Development Analyst for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Program within our Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Line of Business. Our team is responsible for advancing THAAD program development, Talon interceptor production, and integration of THAAD capability with the Army's Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).


What You Will Be Doing

As the THAAD Principal Business Development Analyst you will be responsible for shaping and delivering premier technical and business solutions for the THAAD program and related initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Lead cross functional efforts to translate customer needs into technical and business solutions for the THAAD program and the Talon interceptor.

  • Develop and execute capture plans, business opportunities, and validation activities.

  • Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Technology teams to integrate THAAD capability with IBCS and other defense architectures.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement across MDA, Army, PAE Fires, Joint Staff, Department of War (DoW), and the operational community, to include Regional and Combatant Commands.

  • Guide internal support and prioritization for urgent operational requirements, capability enhancements, and system solutions in response to combat operations.
