As a Business Development Manager, you will be working across industries to provide outstanding Operational Technology related services and products. You could be working on opportunities for assembly lines, Oil and Gas, datacenters, food and beverage, building automation, pharmaceutical and more! The role will require excellence as an individual contributor as well as working as part of a larger team.
Salary expectations are based dependent on definable success, contact list, and reputation. An unlimited cap commission structure based on gross revenue, tiered by level of engagement. Salary and commission structure are negotiable. This is Business Development, not account management. Candidate is expected to present a Business Development Plan including resources they need to be effective.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or other Technical discipline strongly preferred
Must have demonstrable portfolio of contacts and successes
Drug Free work environment
Valid Driver's license and ability to travel without restrictions
5+ years in industrial or technical sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem solving, analytical and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work with cross-functional and discipline teams effectively
