Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales and Business Development Manager to lead growth of our vapor intrusion mitigation product portfolio across North America. This role will be responsible for driving specifications with consulting engineers and environmental firms, expanding market share through value-added technical support, and successfully launching new products into the market.
The ideal candidate brings deep technical credibility, strong industry relationships, and a passion for customer-driven innovation. This position plays a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, strengthening strategic accounts, and providing a strong voice of the customer to support new product and process development.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development & Specification Growth
  • Drive product specification and preferred-product positioning with environmental consultants, engineering firms, and key influencers in the vapor intrusion mitigation market.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, applications, and customer segments throughout North America.
  • Partner with internal technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Technical Sales & Business Development
  • Grow market share through solution-based selling, leveraging strong technical knowledge and differentiated product performance.
  • Provide high-value technical support, design assistance, and application guidance to customers and project stakeholders.
  • Lead the commercial rollout of new products, including training, positioning, and field adoption.

Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and implement a strategic account management program to deepen and expand relationships with long-established clients.
  • Build long-term partnerships based on trust, technical excellence, and consistent value delivery.
  • Track account performance, opportunities, and growth plans in alignment with business objectives.

Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in technical sales, business development, or consulting within environmental remediation, vapor intrusion mitigation, or related markets.
  • Proven success gaining specifications and influencing technical decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of vapor intrusion mitigation technologies, subsurface conditions, and regulatory drivers.
  • Experience working with consulting engineers, environmental contractors, regulators, and owners.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel by air and vehicle to attend trade shows, construction job sites, and other locations as needed.
  • Proper PPE may be required for jobsite visits
