Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and mentor the sales team to execute targeted outreach, developing new commercial and residential business opportunities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop strategic growth plans across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance agreements.
  • Build strategic trust and account plans with contractors, builders, developers, property managers, and realtors to drive referral business.
  • Attend networking events and trade associations to expand community presence and discover new avenues for growth.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and follow-up activities to ensure sales pipeline accountability and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute innovative ideas regarding AI, automation, and customer experience initiatives.
