ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in Information Technology, business systems, data analytics, and end-user support within a collaborative nonprofit environment. The IT Intern will gain exposure to real-world technology projects, enterprise applications, data reporting, process improvement initiatives, and help desk operations while working alongside experienced IT professionals.

  • Develop troubleshooting, customer service, and problem-solving skills through end-user support.
  • Learn how data is collected, analyzed, reported, and used to support business decision-making.
  • Build process improvement and documentation skills through workflow mapping and technology optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with professionals across multiple departments, gaining valuable exposure to nonprofit operations and business processes.

CRM, Data Analytics & Business Systems Experience
The Data Services Intern will work with modern business applications and gain exposure to :
  • Data entry, analysis and reporting to support organizational decision-making.

  • Process mapping and workflow development using flowcharts and other business analysis tools.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology solutions.
