Job description

Position Title: Intern
Department: Training/Program Development
Reports To: Training Supervisor/Senior Supervisor


POSITION SUMMARY
Provides administrative, logistical, and analytical support for in-house and community trainings and educational activities. This is an unpaid position.

CATEGORIES OF DUTIES

  • Provide support for ongoing and future projects, such as conferences, workshops, classroom, and online training.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager on event management.
  • Assist in research, training curriculum/content development, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s/Master’s level student enrolled in a Public Health or Health Administration program. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is helpful.
