Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Job Description & Requirements

We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services for patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations. The PTA works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing individualized physical therapy treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility activities
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs, mobility techniques, and safety precautions
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
  • Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional healthcare environment
Requirements
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
