Job description

Role: Data Technical Delivery Manager

Location: King of Prussia PA only locals no relocation (max 30miles radius from KOP are accepted not more that that)

Role Overview:

The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) will be responsible for leading data platform delivery of data analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and program governance. This role requires strong expertise in data pipeline development, technical delivery management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple workstreams.

ShapeKey Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of cost optimized data platform and data pipeline development and solution.
  • Oversee implementation of various analytical reports, dashboards and visualization using Power BI.
  • Coordinate with data governance team for Data Quality, Lineage and Data cleansing solution.
  • Drive collaboration across matrixed teams, providing regular delivery and risk updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify, escalation, and resolve delivery risks and issues proactively to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
  • Enforce adherence to defined delivery methodologies, governance processes, and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and delivery alignment.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Developers, and QA teams to address technical challenges and remove delivery roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and integration standards.

  • Proven experience in implementing data platforms using Databricks, Azure Data Factory.
  • Hands-on experience in developing data pipelines and cost optimization techniques.
  • Strong exposure in developing and guiding Semantic Model for analytical reporting.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts for Customer and Item Master (Customer/Product Hub) preferred.
  • Exposure in data governance tools and solutions and understanding in Data Quality, Lineage, Data Glossary.
  • Strong technical acumen, with ability to engage in solution discussions and validate design/architecture choices.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, influencing across teams and levels.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on proactive risk management.
