Job description

Lookin for an MMP Specialist in manufacturing bridges the gap between plant floor operations and data systems. They ensure production machinery stays online by optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to predict and prevent equipment failures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Regulated Industry: Proven experience working within GMP-regulated facilities (e.g., Pharma, Medical Device, Food & Beverage).
  • Equipment Lifecycle: Hands-on experience in commissioning, qualification, validation, and/or structured maintenance programs.
  • Documentation Skills:Strong technical documentation and report-writing skills with high attention to data integrity.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, ISO) and industry best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment with engineers, operators, and quality teams.
Core Responsibilities
  • Asset Data Management: Build and maintain the technical hierarchy, bill of materials (BOM), and spare parts registries for all production line machinery.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM) Design: Develop step-by-step job plans and scheduling frequencies for automated manufacturing equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Work Order Optimization: Review, prioritize, and close out maintenance work orders while tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
  • Vendor & Parts Coordination: Source specialized industrial components, obtain vendor quotes for major overhauls, and manage critical spare parts inventory levels.
  • Safety & Compliance: Align all maintenance documentation with OSHA regulations, environmental standards, and plant safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant or heavy production environment.
  • Software Expertise: Mastery of manufacturing-focused CMMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo).
