Program Coordinator's Main Objective

Overall, the Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all activities related to patient contact for new and current clinical trial participants.

  • Contact warm leads by phone and help schedule interested patients for clinical trial opportunities
  • Follow study priorities and company goals to determine which patient accounts need attention first
  • Use scripts and systems to guide conversations, document activity, and move candidates through the scheduling process
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversations
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, site managers, and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes
  • Participate in coaching, observations, and one-on-one support as you ramp into the role
Skills Needed to Win
  • Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience counts!)
  • Required: A polished, people-oriented communication style
  • Preferred: Experience with high-volume inbound calls
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related field
