Job description

H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Coordinator to support research, public health, clinical implementation, and program management activities for the DoD auditory health mission.
The Coordinator will assist with project tracking, regulatory documentation, stakeholder communication, research coordination, and execution support for hearing health research and public health initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized professional with experience coordinating complex projects, supporting research documentation, and working across geographically dispersed teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate research and public health program activities across Government, clinical, technical, and contractor teams.
• Support project tracking, milestone monitoring, schedule coordination, and status reporting.
• Assist with regulatory documentation, including IRB-related materials, protocol documentation, and study records.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, study logistics, data collection activities, and field support requirements.
• Support implementation and evaluation of hearing conservation, tele-audiology, hearing health education, and clinical technology initiatives.
• Facilitate communication among audiologists, engineers, technicians, administrative staff, Government stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, documentation, action item trackers, reports, and project files.
• Support user training, feedback collection, and implementation planning for new tools and clinical workflows.
• Assist with travel coordination, logistics, and administrative planning for site visits, data collection, training, and conferences.
• Ensure documentation and program activities comply with applicable Government requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting program coordination, research coordination, healthcare programs, public health initiatives, or Government projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Ability to complete required Government training, including cybersecurity and HIPAA training.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting DoD, DHA, VA, military medicine, clinical research, or public health programs.
• Familiarity with IRB documentation, research protocols, participant coordination, or study logistics.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or hybrid teams.
• Familiarity with hearing health, audiology, occupational health, or hearing conservation programs.
