Senior Program Coordinator

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Senior Program Coordinator. This position will provide comprehensive support to members of the senior leadership team. The individual should have exceptional organizational and communication skills, enabling them to facilitate smooth operations and foster effective collaboration among key stakeholders. The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) is responsible for the ongoing administrative support (calendar management, expense reporting, coordinating travel, etc.) for assigned members of the senior leadership team. As a proactive support specialist, the SPC operates at a high level of efficiency and professionalism while maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information, discussions, and decisions. Their ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and adapt to dynamic situations makes them an invaluable asset to the senior leadership team and DonorConnect.

This position is a 36 hour work week and onsite presence is required in Murray, UT.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training/Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Administrative support skills and computer training required

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 or more years of administrative support experience
  • Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Capable of prioritizing business needs and making trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly
  • Highly reliable and trustworthy and conducts role responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Able to work independently and set priorities without regular supervision
  • Collaborative with the ability to professionally engage with staff at all levels and exercise good judgment and stability under pressure
  • Proven high level of emotional and social intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly accommodate to new applications and tools and the ability to become a super-user
