  • Identify data discrepancies, overdue actions, recurring issues, emerging risks, and potential program impacts and elevate them to program leadership.
  • Coordinate technical, logistics, repair, sustainment, and other program issues with responsible functional organizations through resolution.
  • Support process improvements that increase program visibility, reporting accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting program or operational data.
  • Experience developing reports, presentations, trackers, dashboards, or management briefing materials.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required DHS/CBP suitability, background investigation, and facility/system access.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Business, Program/Project Management, Logistics, Engineering Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting DHS, CBP, DoD, or other federal Government programs.
  • Experience in a Government contracting environment supporting PWS/SOW requirements, CDRLs, schedules, or other program-control requirements.
  • Experience with sustainment, logistics, operational-performance analysis, risk tracking, or management reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • This position is performed primarily in a professional office environment and requires regular in-office attendance during established work hours.
  • The employee will routinely collaborate in person and through approved communication systems with Program Management, Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, Contracts, Quality, Procurement, Finance, subcontractors, Government customers, and other program stakeholders.
  • The position requires extended periods of computer use and routine use of Microsoft Office, program-management applications, Government systems, collaboration tools, and other business software.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support customer meetings, Program Management Reviews, conferences, program reviews, field activities, or other program requirements.
