Position Description:
The 340B Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, compliance, and operational effectiveness of the hospital's 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role ensures that the program is managed in accordance with federal regulations, HRSA guidelines, and internal policies. The coordinator collaborates with pharmacy, finance, compliance, IT, and senior leadership to optimize cost savings and patient care outcomes while maintaining program integrity.
Qualifications:
1. Certified as a Pharmacy Technician with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy required.
2. Minimum of two years of pharmacy operations, hospital pharmacy or healthcare compliance experience preferred.
3. Prior experience with 340B program and/or program management preferred.
4. Knowledge of split-billing software, drug procurement, and pharmacy IT systems.
5. Apexus 340B Certification required or willing to become certified within six months of beginning work.
6. Basic computer literacy preferred.
