Job description

Overview
Registered Nurse – OB/GYN specialty, Tillamook, Oregon. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,121 to $2,322, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) at a 25-bed critical access hospital on the Oregon coast.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or patient group per established standards and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Collect relevant data, assess needs, develop and implement a care plan, and evaluate progress
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the health care team to provide safe, healing care
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Delegate appropriately and oversee responsibilities of the health care team
- Provide education to patients, families, and team members; contribute to a safe environment
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon) required
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification required
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
- STABLE certification required
- INTERMEDIATE FETAL MONITORING (INTFETAL) certification required
- At least two years of recent acute care experience preferred
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred
- EPIC experience required
- Ability to work in a 25-bed critical access hospital setting
- Night shift availability for 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM)
