Job Location: Woonsocket, RI 02895
Job Duration: 6 Months
 
Job Summary:
  • The Program Coordinator III will work directly with the program manager and pest control analyst to help monitor and manage the pest control work order queue and proposals.
  • The coordinator will also be responsible for reviewing all temporary increase requests, monitoring increased services and assisting with the de-escalation process for increased service.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Administrative position.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Entire team is based in the office.
  • Vendor coordination.
  • Service level adjustments.
  • Compliance monitoring.
  • Administrative tracking.
 
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators.
  • 2+ years of experience in property, vendor or program management.
  • 2+ years of analytical / reporting experience.
  • 2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews.
  • 2+ years of managing multiple projects.
  • 3+ years of MS Office Suite experience.
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
