Job description

Interface Services is seeking a Program Coordinator II candidate, located in Acworth, GA.
The Program Coordinator II (PC II) will have extensive experience in the flooring industry managing projects of high complexity, along with experience dealing with General Contractors and Sub-contracted labor. They will manage the operational aspects of more complex (multiple phases, multiple flooring types, multiple services, multiple trades) technical construction projects to ensure the project is completed within budget and will plan for the installation of the project by scheduling resources. They will monitor progress, oversee time frame and costs throughout the project. The PC II will provide onsite project supervision to ensure the project is progressing as planned and labor is performing to the scope of work. The PC II will also be responsible for managing direct reports including training, financial accountability for their project work, reporting, process compliance as specifically identified with the Program Manager or Director of Program Development.

Educational Requirements
Bachelors Degree; consideration will be given to a combination of education and experience in a related field.

Essential Duties
* Work with Sales Directors and Managers to scope and propose complex projects for RFPs.
* Manage operational aspects of the projects, including the profitability of the project.
* Manage subcontract labor in association with project needs.
* Work with management team to implement, monitor and perform New Account processes.
* Help identify and implement best practices for Project Management of projects.
* Manage Program Coordinator I (PC I) and Program Coordinator Assistant (PCA) which may be direct reports:
o Review Stock and Hold orders/On Hand quantity as required
o Review Job Cost reports to assure profitability
o Monitor general perform on required criteria
o Review workload distribution across team/department
o Oversee training of new employees or additional training for current direct reports
o Troubleshooting
